Most of those laws were written as knee-jerk reactions to freak incidences by grandstanding blowhard politicians. The rest are throwbacks to ancient times that the current local, state, and national governments are just to lazy to get off their asses to repeal. I find it highly doubtful you will get hanged for stealing a horse in Texas even though that law is still on the books. Cheers.

Or who threw a moose out of a helicopter? Who was that inveterate criminal who dared to eat a hamburger in a burning house?
We just never know.
yeah, any pocket lint, dust particles, bacteria etc have a 52% chance of being offset by the mint goodness of a stray tic tac. The remaining 48% doesn’t really matter anyway if you factor in the 10 second rule…if anything the pocket probably made the ice cream better, that’s a win win in my book.
