Are the elephants headlining in some Broadway Show?
If not, this is "trunk" abuse and I suggest all humans leave NYC immediately
and let the elephants roam free. No, the last one wasn't pink Kam!
Didja know that a great many people boycot Barnum and Bailey et al who subject animals to cruel and unusual conditions? Their history with big animals and especially big cats is disgraceful and I'm sad to see elephants parading for the amusement of RocketBoom.
Shame on you.

Ok, flip 'em over.
Going to see the Ringling Brothers circus at the Garden is one of my most enduring childhood memories. I must confess, it never once occurred to me to wonder if the animals were being well-treated.
That music is perfect, as also was Tuesday's Miniature City, and Wednesday's Forward/Backward. All lovely.
I wonder if any of those elephants ever get too anxious, and accidentally yank the tail in front oh him/her too hard? Or if one trips and falls then they all come crashing down? Now that would be an exhibition.
To whom it may concern: thanks for the rating of "1" but it really was just a test of HTML coding for accents! I wanted to discreetly try on a previous episode but couldn't comment on one.
After watching moblogic's video's this week about the turbulent times we live in, I decided to visit Rocketboom to see how they commemorated the 5th year anniversary of the war in Iraq. Instead I was greeted with a music video celebrating the arguably barbaric practice of holding elephants in captivity and parading the down the streets of New York.
Rocketboom used to have a keen social relevance that pocked its head out on a somewhat regular basis. This video may demonstrate where Rocketboom is headed, and I don't like what I see.
Andrew, Joanne, there's an old saying: "Content is king," I worry that you may have forgotten that there should be a reason your product exists. What is that reason?
Hey Josh, thanks for stopping back in. I haven't heard about you since you ran for office in California last year, glad to see you back online.I guess you have missed the point of the elephant piece. Joanne and I are both against it. Anyway, this is a special week of music videos because today is also Spring.
Here are a few episodes to get you started which have come up in the last month. See several Kenya videos here as well as a large group of resources we have been compiling:
If you have any specific ideas for stories, please do send them in, we are all ears. Just saying "Elephants in the circus are bad" is not enough for us. As for being concerned about our purpose for existing, come on Josh, wake up and do a little research before jumping to conclusions.
I'm sorry I jumped to such conclusions; at the same time, I think you can imagine how the non-mention of the Iraq war on that particular day left me a little miffed.
I don't quite see what music videos have to do with Spring, but it's a nice hook and I respect that.
It also happens to be Sunshine Week, a time when many press outlets throughout the country focus on the free flow of information, but I haven't touched it on my blog either so I can't expect you to have addressed the matter.
In reading them over, I guess my words were more than a little harsh, but I did spend about an hour watching the past couple weeks Rocketboom videos in succession. As usual, great work, but a little lean for my predilection for harder news.
It's good to know you guys are still talking about some very important and relevant topics, and I'm sorry I didn't have the time for a more complete review before blasting my horn.
that's not *exactly* true; my most recent blog post was at The Revolution Will Be Televised and was about my arrest on March 19th at the protest. The previous posts at the site are all from a Peace Vigil on Sunday night. It is true that my last post at Media Sphere was about Ashley Dupre.
Then again, dreamhost is down right now -- so I suppose my most recent post on the internets *is* about Ashely Dupre.

-Maybe like a Soccer Mom driving a Navigator?
I hear that Meerkats on Parade is much more carbon-neutral; though harder to contain and direct.

This is how elephants should be revered.
They are unbelievably magnificent creatures.
To us humans, everything is a commodity.

Thank's Kiki!!
They never cease to surprise.
