Well that was a nice advertisement for that commercial interest. I sure hope you got that doll as compensation for I surely got nothing out of it. Well, not really. I found out that dolls bring out the junior high in a woman no matter how old she is.
So, here I am, starting to watch lovely Ellie do her thing & what catches my eye is the smoking dweebmiester punk hocking a big lewgie on the sidewalk, disgusting! I thought that was illegal there? Citizen's Arrerst!
Great show though ER & I had to laugh @ that woman in the last frame, she had a very suspicious look on her face, like you didn't pay for that doll.
Some of the toys in that store look like Vic & Cougar, the Music Nerds. http://www.channelfrederator.com/methminute39/episode/TMM_20080228
Funny, I was going to mention that same line as well. It was something...Ellie would say...Boy you and Ellie are such babes. Drew I'm jealous. Then there's Joanne. I'm triple jealous..now I know why you have a permanent smile on your face...I would too.
In the area 'Akihabara' in Tokyo you've got hundreds of these stores even with mansize dolls of whatever ugly, nearly dead, superhero or superzero you want.
Hey, I donate a few hours every Thursday afternoon and take a group of 36 unsupervised eight-year-old, moderately-hyperactive boys on a short field trip. Your store looks like just the kind of place they'd like. Would it be okay if next Thursday we drop in for a half-hour or so? You can let me know by e-mailing JustKidding at ReclkessLevity dot org!
On a more serious note: the web site for ToyTokyo is amazing; there are a million turns at every click! I'm searching for the 'Moses Sees Burning Bush' plush, but haven't come across yet.
Great show! Only in NYC: anything you want or can imagine...it's there somewhere! さよなら
For those who agreed that this episode was too much content, not enough Ellie, you can always absorb more of Ellie's pure aura of goodness at my wiki directory...
Great show as always! i so look forward to your cool, orginal ideas for shows and the attractive anchors. Are either of you avialable for lunch? I can send pics.

I grabbed my wife a set of beatles dolls. I blame Rocket Boom. Thanks for the story.
Friends who live in Japan report that even after years, it never ceases to be surreal. I believe them.
