@excandersham i think he must be pretty schizophrenic about it. On the one hand he poured years of his life and an awful lot of his own money into the movie, so it makes sense he’d be pissed about people saying how much it sucks. But on the other hand, he also has to recognize, at least on some level, why it has gotten so much attention.

@Imortal122 well, i wouldn’t say “very few.” i mean, it surely doesn’t have the numbers that big screen hits would attract, but to think there are very few people who like it? people love it because it’s so terrible. it’s the one you love to hate. my friend gave it to me for my birthday, and i thought he was on drugs. but it kind of grows on you, and everyone i’ve ever shown the flick to, they went out and got their own copy. it’s this generation’s “plan 9 from outer space.”
