I’ve heard it. I live in Portsmouth in the UK, and go to South Downs College. They have installed speakers around in places where the student shouldn’t loiter. I’m a music student, so I couldn’t care less about it. But it works a charm.
But this video was very strangely timed, because today was the first time it affected me. I had to wait outside an office to see a lecturer and had to listen to Adagio for Strings twice in a row, which isn’t fun as great as the piece is.
