aww i totally loved sesame street. When i was a little girl my parents had to work like crazy hours. We were immigrants to a new country and my parents couldnt afford to send me to day care. So my grandmother babysat me but she was often busy and didn’t really interact with me. So I use to watch sesame street and try to learn how to read and write and count in english. Sesame street really gives children from lower income households a chance to get a head start.
