The presence of a camera really does change everything. And the person behind that filming lens has some kind of incredible, symbolic, and temporarily self-evasive power (I know: I enjoyed a form of that dope-like drug myself, for years).
However, the provoked change in behavior of the people in front of that lens can–and really does–make a huge difference most of the time.
