cool
Hmmm. Very nice video.
Hurray! It’s Casual Monday. Very artistic. Sublime. Does that mean it’s Saturday tomorrow? “There are 10 million fire escapes in the Naked City and you have just witnessed a few of them.”
Very nice! Never thought about the texture embeded in fire escapes. You have a beautiful i.
Wow! Very cool and a great start to the week. I liked the closeups of the railings and the mixing between video and stills. The music fit perfectly as well. Nice work!
I never met a piece of wrought iron I didn’t like.
Well I don’t wanna be President,
Superman, or Clark Kent.
I don’t wanna walk ’round in their shoes.
Some of the angles plus the music is very Final-Fantasy-like.
Hey today I had something highly volatile burning inside my brain to comment about, but the words have escaped me. Sorry.
When I was a kid I thought all porches were 30 inches wide and made of wrought iron.
The flat strips are noticeably more comfortable for long term heat-wave-night sitting than the rounded ones. But they don’t shed rain as well.
JC, any complaints about the Canon? I have found the big body ones a bit fragile. Though I have an A540 that fits in my front pocket and has stood up well to some rough handling.
Outstanding piece of video. I’d enjoyed it, but I can’t get past the envy of talent that’s behind RB.
Excellent! Fire escapes are those things that I take for granted in NYC. Here in LA, they just don’t really exist, and we are aesthetically poorer for it.
Building 1872 is my fav & now I know where to buy a pizza, an old record & a gun when I’m in NYC!

Hey, Joanne has a Kam camera! If one lens doesn’t get ya, the other one will.

Hundreds of Tibetans have died. Still not a peep out of the UN.

delighted.
If you look closely enough, amid the merciless and the bitter, there is always the chance that you may find comfort and the promise of something good.
