For those who have not had the pleasure: A minimum security prison is basically a really crappy summer camp. There are rarely any walls or guards. You check in and out, they count you five or six times a day and you make 11 cents an hour doing some horrible job.
The thing is, if you misbehave you get tossed into a medium-security prison, where they chain you up and you sleep in little concrete cubicles with guys who call themselves Elizabeth Taylor, and you might not see the son for months.
So for normal people, the incentive is to play nice and enjoy the relatively comfortable minimum-security gig. Why anyone thought a Spam King was a normal person, well, that’s another issue.

Dear ROCKETBOOM,
I must point out a critical error on you July 24th show, “Fingers For Eating Fish and Fish Eating Feet”. At about 1:13 into the show, Joanne makes comments about Clorox bleach causing sea life to be bleached out, making them albino. This is a patently false statement.
Any first year chemistry student can tell you that Clorox (laundry bleach) is produced from salt water, out of the sea. After use, it decomposes back into salt water.
