Its great these young economies being networked with gsm and yaggis. When power lines do arrive users will have already learned how to conserve energy or have already put in place off grid power.
They are jumping technology from no phone to cell phones. Thereby skipping land lines. It’s happening all over the world. Information and interconnectedness lifts people up.
