Nice to see another of Ruud’s reports showing a positive event happening in that otherwise impoverished area. Still though, at $75 per design & 30 cents for a ride things are on the cheap but the resources are available here to make it happen for Maxi & Sammy. Makes me think of the poor guy a few reports back who had to leave his 1 washing machine laundry business and move to a refugee camp only to come out and find a new business installed in his old shop. How is this possible just a few miles away?
How about the jeepkni taxi’s of the philopines next.
they paint taxies. congratulations.
is like the natural cause ? WTFLOL
Thats pretty damn cool!
Here’s more on yesterday’s fembot story. She’s quite amazing actually and could probably become a Matatu driver one day. “Don’t touch my breast!” “Give me a hamburger!”

If that would be a video that you uploaded, that would be so lame….. Ooops, it is.
Apparently Tubers comments are staying right where they belong, on YT, thank heavens!
Although it makes the “home room” here seem a little empty, who cares! I don’t watch RB on YT anyway, never did, never will & I thank whomever was responsible for diverting their inane drivel.
That said, onward & upward, interesting show btw.
You won’t find Adobe, here in Nairobi. But we do have some spectacular hotels.
minibus tattoos…very nice
I only wish that this was in Manitoba. Then it could be the Matatu Minibuses of Manitoba. Driven by manatees. With tatoos of Audrey Tautou. Please, Nursie, make the buzzing stop.
You won’t find adobe
Here in Nairobi
But the taxis
Are waxy
With tawdry tattoos
Of Audrey Tautou;
So go do
That matatu
That you do
so well.
BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Can you believe it? John Lennon died 28 years ago on Dec 8th.
& if Crack O’Bastard has his way, U 2 can learn the joy of wallowing in filth & scrounging 4 a ride in a ‘matatu’ right here in the USA! ~:D
This is awesome! It’s great to see young and intelligent people use their brains.
Yes blacks R brilliant - the light of the world. Let us bask in their dark light =:)
You let manatees drive!? That is wildly irresponsible, Sir!
These busses kinda remind me of The Mambo Taxi in the film, ‘Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown.’
good for them! 5 stars.
cool
That’s what I’m talking about, if you wait for someone else to do it for you, it’s not going to happen. As the man said, they’re waiting for the government to give them jobs, don’t wait, go out there, kill it and drag it home-be self sufficient
wow, you rocketboom are great. I did not heard about Kenya for long time. Nor I saw its people as you enabled me. Thanks a lot. This was very shiny frame for my social eyes.
i love matatus
wish they had them here!
NINAKUJA HUKO SOON
Ha! A friend was telling me about these things. How wonderful to be able to come to YouTube and find this very informative vid.
you ought to actually climb them to enjoy the full experience
