Oil is not a ‘fossil fuel’. It’s part of the mantle. Drill a hole anywhere on Earth about 20 miles deep and you hit oil. Russia sells this technology to many Asian nations. The world is full of oil. You know, just like there’s a lot of phosphor & other crap under us, and gold & iron & other heavy stuff way down near the middle (which we can’t reach). They estimate if we could reach way down 2 the middle, there’s enough gold to cover the earth in the stuff waist-deep. Oil is light though.
