Kenya almost descended into civil war earlier this year. So tourists stop coming. So there isn’t anyone to take camel rides. So this fella can’t afford to feed himself and his camel.
If I could, I would just hand that poor guy and his camel twenty bucks to last him for a couple days… Unfortunately, I don’t live in Kenya…
I sort of understood what it was about, but now I grasp a bit more thanks to your reply.
What I really didn’t get was, sad as this may be, how it is related to tech (which is what I thought rocketboom did stories on).
camels are really fun to ride!
1. I have never ridden a turtle. Maybe it would be fun. Especially if they are larger than the ones in the pet shops.
2. If the camel were shipped to Northern Calif, I might go ride it for $3.00.
