I must be one of millions that has not viewed the Miss Teen USA video on YouTube. I live in Philadelphia, a city which has one of the United States worst public educational systems and currently holds the title of \”Murder Capitol USA\”. One can only wonder if these two horrors are mutually inclusive. Also, it is also a very, very blue city.
