Hey all — apologies on the glitches and missing features, we\’re on top of it. We were very interested in getting stuff out to you guys as soon as we could for feedback, and you\’ve got plenty! Keep it coming!
One problem with threaded comments is you can\’t just scroll to the bottom to read any new comments. Of course maybe only 4 or 5 of us actually read the comments and check back at the end of the day looking for new comments. But Drew, you must check for new commments, how are you going to know which comments are new and which you\’ve already read?
It\’s funny how ugly the phrases come out if you don\’t have preview.

Kam, I don’t think I ever see those icons in your post. Maybe it’s only a Mac thing? I’m Firefox and IE.

In Firefox I see \”Nab, ?????\” and then on the next line three more questions marks. So it\’s all question marks. Also, in your A. B. D. E. F. list above each letter is preceded by a question mark. In IE7 the question marks are little boxes instead. They are probably unicode dingbat chars that I don\’t have a font for so I cannot display them. The chars are not escaped in the HTML source though so I don\’t know what they are.
Oh man, this is soooo confusing, I liked the other layout much better. No auto-fill, no ‘preview’ aaahgg, I’m having a panic attack!
One thing is, I don’t see my name on any of my previous posts. One appears under “pete” & one under “mharp” & there’s no cute icons I used, WTF?

Let\’s say you hit \”reply\”. There is no \”cancel\” button. You have to just close the tab/window.
There is no comment preview so there will be lots more typoos and and misstakes.
I want line breaks and blank lines. I want as many html tags as you can give me, especially <a href=..> <i> and <b>. <img src=..> would be nice. Maybe <big> and <small> and <ul> and <pre> and <q>?
The typo above (there is no preview after all) was supposed to say <i>.
Can we PLEASE just make the “comments” link on the main page a simple link (now it is buried in script). You can add a target=_blank to the <a> tag if you really want it to open in a new window. The script messes up Google and drains off your googlejuice.
