Yes, global warming is a hot media subject. According to Michael Crichton, science fiction author, global warming is base on scientific fact, “we are in a period of global warming the earth will warm-up .8 of an degree in the next 150 years”. Global warming also join the rank of asbestos, lead paint, bird flu as political interests that will require an enormous amount of funds that will save us for going insane but at the same saving very little lives.

Drew - Thanks for the insight. I hope March is as promising as you predict. I guess the one thing that still doesn’t jibe is that if all the other platforms are growing, then why wouldn’t the rb site be growing too - just a natural reflection of new viewers checking it out…
Drew - I wasn’t making any assumptions about how rb is doing on “other platforms” (RSS aggregators, cell phones etc.), I take you at your word. My comment was referring to Alexa or Compete where rb.com traffic seems flat (and would indicate flatness elsewhere). Here is the Compete data:

Thanks for the hot tip! It was just in time to place a mutual fund order before the bell…I got a 4% discount at the end of today’s selloff.
As for Drew, on the list of 50 things to curb global warming, there was no mention of cutting the power to Al Gore’s house where his utility bill runs $30,000.00 a year.

I get the distribution issue and thought you made a good case for it before. That was not my point. My point is what is happening now… Your Google chart also depicts the flattened/downtrend of the last few months. My original question still operates - the trend seems to be going down on the stats that are publicly available and current. They would seem to be indicative of a downtrend in other forms of distribution as well (maybe some cannabalism from one to the other) but that should be offset by new viewers checking out the site which doesn’t seem to be happening… Anyway, you have things up your sleeve and March is fast upon us - so I’ll wait to see the developments and leave it there.
For the record, I am in full agreement on items 25 (plant a tree) and 45 (save the forests) from the list of 50. Another conservation group not listed was Ducks Unlimited. They do a great job preserving wetlands and habitat for migratory waterfowl.
