    She may well be correct in saying that peanutbutter deprived of oxygen is not a proper hotbed for life however she is depriving the speaker (Missler) of his premise which is that life does not spontaneously produce and is in-fact deomonstrating his point, since if life cannot evolve from a jar of peanut butter, how much greater are the odds that it cannot evolve from nothing.
