  2. Kam that was great!

You should set up a kam-corder on your roof so we can catch the waves 24/7…
all I see here are rooftops…

Joanne, wow! Looking fantastic! Which brings me to this:
Why isn\’t Joanne part of this group?

I liked that too; Joanne has a nice voice. Think I’ll take those do-re-mi’s and upload them to a synthesizer.

  7. “hair cut” isn’t spelled correctly. Not too hard to get a high google ranking for non-existent words.

  8. Kam, that was way cool! Even tossing in the little shadow-signature of yourself holding the cam on the lower mid right!

That should be the new RB 2007 t-shirt design!

Don’t know if it was ABC but the first public TV broadcast went out from the top of the Empire State Building today in 1939.
Also today in 1975 the war in Vietnam ended & “Where are they now?”
It might be worth going to France just to haul ass on that train! “I feel the need for speed” (might p/u one of them glazed chocolate covered sea slugs while I’m there)
Hey London, we’ve got choke coconuts here, need a few more?
When you turned your head & said “Let’s have some pie” I could have sworn you were gonna get one in the face ala Soupy Sales.
Radius Man should be “drawn & quartered” :^)
Finally today, I’m stunned & honored I was mentioned on RB but Joanne & Drew failed to tell you that the instant after I took that picture, the camera slipped from my hand, bounced off the cement & died. Since it’s still under warranty, I had the audacity to return it to Sony for repair. I told them it slipped from my hand & hit cement. I failed to mention I was 15′ in the air. (think they’ll notice the dent?) They’re gonna fix it!
    Today is also Walpurgis Night:

Thanks for all your + ratings & good vibes people!
“This means so much more to me this time, I don’t know why. I think the first time I hardly felt it because it was all too new. But I want to say ‘thank you’ to you. I haven’t had an orthodox career. And I’ve wanted more than anything to have your respect. The first time I didn’t feel it. But this time I feel it. And I can’t deny the fact that you like me… right now… you like me. Thank you.”

Thanks for giving us the full Sally Field quote. Usually people just mis-quote the last part like she’s a silly.

Kam has something here. Ya know how Graffiti Research Lab is about non-destructive techniques for urban art/protest. And NYC has a lot of dirt. All you need is a portable power washer and maybe some stencils, and voila. Kam, since you\’re an entrepreneur, maybe you can invent a pressure washer the size of a spray paint can. The \”Spray Kan\”. You could even put chalk in it.

Other blogs that talk about reverse graffiti: BLDG BLOG and Ihabitat. They suggest scrapers and other cleaning techniques as well.

And apparently pressure washers can be dangerous.

    1. Damn you scooped my port-a-washer idea!

Mushrooms can use pressure washers?! And drive boats?!

Pressure = danger. Had a buddy once who was cleaning up in the shop after swapping an engine. Without much thought he used a pressurized air line to “blow dry” some nasty solvents off his hands. An hour later we were sitting in the break room playing euchre when he started puking. He passed out before anyone could ask him what was going on. You guessed it: the compressed air had pushed the nasty chemicals right into his skin. It was two weeks before he was back making dirty jokes again.

Leave pressure in the hands of professionals like kam. (Just don’t ask him to hold your camera.)

    Nice one today!
    Lots of fun links.
But Joanne, what\’s with the mixed-up notes at the end? Inside out or something?

(Glad to hear about your camera being repaired, Kam)

I don\’t think Joanne should sign out at the end of the segment. Her disappearnce at the end of a segment is in strict keeping with the Rocketboom delivery.

    It is also endearing.

It should remain a constant just as introducing herself at the beginning.

Play an occasional track behind the ending statement–as was done in this segment–just as is sometimes done at the start.

However it is a critical issue of product delivery that Joanne should always vanish like the rocket.

Joanne, no disrespect intended, but I don\’t think you should get a point, because you used the word we. Certainly you could score off your own team, no?

Spelling was never one of my atributes. \”Pressure\”
I also realized I should have said \’concrete\’ earlier. Cement is the stuff you mix w/sand to get that hard stuff to bounce your camera off of.

      2. Uh Kam, speaking of spelling, let’s try “atributes” again; shall we?! :)

Bonus points for ‘concrete’ though; not many know the difference and the art is really cool! Is it a hobby? Passion? Career?

  20. Cute episode. The shampoo shade has got to be one of the funniest things I\’ve seen. What genius - I wish you could bottle that eureka moment.

Joanne - you\’re meant to do your voice warm-ups before the show, not at the end :)

Must dash - quill has run out of ink agai—
