It’s refreshing to see street art that doesn’t involve spray paint. Spray paint always seemed like a wimpy approach to creating public art. When I see kids’ grafitti it seems more like animals marking their territory than art.
That ain’t street art, it’s beach art! & there’s nothing wrong w/spray paint. It enables one an easy way to create a subtle blend of light/dark, this wimp uses it all the time. As far as tagging, no comment.
Spray paint is also a good way to ruin your lungs.
Like I\’m out there snorting paint…
Step outside a building in LA, NY, London, Paris etc, take a breath, guess what?
The paint particles get in the lungs as a matter of course. If you don\’t notice perhaps your sense of smell is damaged. FYI: Paint contains nasty carcinogens.
Listen, if you really don\’t mind paint in the lungs, give me your name and I\’ll nominate you for a Darwin Award.

Loved, loved, loved this. For anyone interested, check out \”The Mystery of Picasso.\” It\’s an art film from the 50\’s where you can actually watch Picasso paint in this same style. Watching a genius at work is an amazing experience.
