People even made a musical about it, which premiered at FringeNYC 2006 - and apparently there’s buzz in Hollywoodland about a screenplay. It’s all the rage!

  16. Interesting Rocketboom today on rock, scissors, paper theory. If you ever find someone who’s done a deep statistical analysis of rock, scissors, paper you should definitely throw that our way.

  19. Way to go Leron, you’re beginning to see raw sexuality in everyday events … i like to think I rubbed off on you … (no, not literally!)

Okay … convince me that those fists pumping away in front of Joanne were purely coincidental …

Looked like raw sexuality to me … but then … I’m just banking off of what Leron said …

Where is the Great Crespo when we need a really “gripping” word picture …

Joanne … you were breathless in your intro … or was it me … it was one of us.

Why is a RFS event worth covering … because it puts the focus on human personality … like a low budget film without special effects to carry the day … humanity itself is the primary display.

BTW, RB missed a bet not allow ing the winner to kiss Joanne.

The entry field would have doubled. Just chalk me up as a Stupidly Admiring Male.

Well … posted early so I could see all kinds of feedback on my posting … the whole interactive, user-generated thing.

Question for Joanne … could the world champion RPS guy expect to have a following of starstruck groupies …. watching his every gesture … hoping that his rock would get caught in their scissors?

    Just curious … LOL

    Later my global buddies …

  24. RB should sell Joanne Colan wake-up calls and ringtones.

For $9.95, your phone rings in the morning, and Joanne’s recorded voice tells you, “Wakey, wakey! Eggs and bakey!”

Even better, you could get a personal call from the actual Joanne saying, in a voice like she’s really really sorry she has to disturb you, “Time to rise and shine, sleepy head!”

That one would cost you more than a sawbuck.

Same idea for the ringtones. When you have an incoming call, Joanne’s voice says, “You’ve got a call!”

For and extra $5, she says, “You’ve got a call — handsome!”

    This has enormous commercial potential.

  25. Zach, I love your marketing ideas! Joanne recordings would be awesome in her quaint British dialect.

Drew … you guys need to get to work on RB peripheral marketing … email me … I’ll give you some ideas on broadening your brand footprint. I want to be able to buy RB stuff.

    @Leron, etc. Tower 7 ???

Never heard of it! Wow .. must be some conspiracy!

I would elaborate on Joanne ringtone messages but I’ve already been a sufficiently “off color” boy today.

    Maybe just one idea:

“Good morning Bill … I hope you have a purrrrrfect day … meow…purrrrr.”

    Sorry.

    Later …

    Bill

Yesterday I watched the 9/11 film “In Plane Site”. It’s excellent!

    9/11 was an inside job.
