Amanda, Im an “angry republican” but I love your show, and watch it daily. Bottom line is you guys produce a smart, funny, and entertaining show, and thats worth my time. I am one of those hard core Southern Baptist, conservative Republicans, BUT I respect what you guys do. Keep up the good work. I’ve told TONS of other uptight republicans about Rocketboom!

but, is kate your alter-ego or you are just acting??? and if kate acts amanda, she will be exactly as you??….hmm…your alter-egos are very good! and when they act of you better, and when you are reenacted by your alter-ego representing the altered alter-ego, the result is what we saw today.
I hope you wear the t-shirts I send yesterday, they will look better on you than the usuals, or make them use them to an alter-ego for instance.

I did not find Kate very witty or original and therefore not very amusing. She is socially conservative, not politically conservative (that would be more spicy and current) and a bit cliche-ridden. I think Amanda is extraordinarily talented for satire and impersonation as witnessed by the “Eddie” beckoning white-trash lady and the alien-paranmoid space cadet a few weeks back. That was truly funny. Kate is not a good vehicvle for your talents. Sorry. But keep on keeping on, I don’t miss a day.

ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS? I keep coming back to try to understand what it is everybody is flipping out over. I figure that more people like me have to visit this site every once and a while to hope for some quality material. I think they could be doing a lot more, I guess. Anyway that was my two sense………..hey, you asked.
I read the Trib article and just wanted to go on record saying I totally disagree, I think the show is great and really enjoy it. Well, I know I am just one of hundreds of thousands. Keep it up! I love it, one of the best things on the Web.
Also, if you are going to try to be a grammar snob, at least be diligent enough to make sure your own post is error-free. The word is “misquote,” not “mis-quote.” I hope that is under-standable to an eru-dite post-er such as your-self.
