Blind or not the shades are a good look on the dude. Since Bush said “touce” at the end of his comment it is obvious that he knew that the reporter is blind. Just some humor that didn’t really work.
As usual the libs are blind - or deaf to what is really happening and “color” the story in their own unique way!

today was a real summary of what i like in rb: funny, tech oriented, and kind weird.
I have a Pez dispenser with built -in mp3 player and camera, and yes, of course, some hard rockin candy.
I’ve been feeling it for a while too and didn’t want to or know how to say it without offending RB and A-man-da, but Tony’s comments, which were quite respectful, resonated with me as well. There was a charming innocence before… ‘enuff said.
Also today’s show was the kind that got me hooked on RB in the beginning, after the creation of heaven and earth, okay, light and darkness. Waterfowl?

Also, the end part with the shades was freaking hilarious! Regardless of the details of the situation - it was simply presented as a humorous faux pas… kind of like when Tina Fey makes up a punch line on Weekend Update, but a little more subtle.
What I’m trying to say is that it doesn’t matter if the guy is blind or not, the word “blind” with an arrow pointing to him made it funny.
I would love to see more of that on Rocketboom!

Junior wasn’t trying to be clever with the knowledge that guy was blind. He was trying to slight using his usual bullying personality.
This IS the guy who told a reporter during a press conference he had a face for radio (hardy-har-har). If that wasn’t bad enough, he recently said in front of one of his members of ‘the coalition of the shrinking’, that Aussie PM John Howard had a face only his mother could love.

Well I was going to complement amanda for making it though an episode of rocketboom without spewing her left wing crap. Well I was wrong.. Bush made an honest mistake with that blind man at the end of the show. The only way I can tell if someone is blind or if they are wearing shades is if they have one of those seeing eye dogs with them. I did not notice one with him at the press confernce so how was bush to know the man was blind. At least he has never gotten a bj in the oval office by some fat intern..
Actually, CNN reported that Bush called the reporter to apologize incase he took the jab the wrong way. The reporter thought it was funny and no apology was needed.
But as for real idiots. no one can hold a candle to dvorak. He doesn’t even realize the replies from Mac user’s are simply flames to his ignoranant and stupid writings. Mac user’s do not get upset but LTFAO at this idiot. Of course who’s to say he wasn’t lying (yet again) in the interview?

Blindman-Bashing Bush IS the guy who appeared on “American Sportsman” on ESPN and after a day of fishing on his boat, upon return to the dock, tossed a still live fish on the dock so his dog could maul and paw it.
Bush did his (insert Jon Stewart impression here) “heh, heh, heh” while watching the fish thrash and suffocate while being dog-mauled, while most sane people watching across the country gasped in horror.

As the AP noted, while reporter Wallsten did appreciate Bush took the time to call him, he wished Bush instead had answered the question he asked regarding White House credibility in the aftermath of Karl Rove having been cleared in the CIA leak investigation.
Bush stated because of Scooter Libby’s trial, he couldn’t comment. And here his Attorney General has been telling us for years now he can do pretty much do any damn thing he chooses, any time he chooses. Go figure.
If only Junior would get a BJ. Maybe something more than 10% of the rest of the world would again have a favorable impression of the U.S.
