I used to be entertained by rb. Lately I’ve seen little more than liberal democrat dribble interspersed with an occaisional reference to geek-speak. You’re losing me. I suspect many like me left long ago.
Amanda is back…great show…I was beginning to worry about RB.
Pres. Bush starts a video blog: Jon Stewart, Janeane Garofalo, Al Franken, and all the other standup comics now doing humerous political commentary all get real jobs as they can no longer compete with the real thing for providing material for the world to laugh at.
(no points for chugging the beer if you don’t burp afterwards, so get another bottle and try again)
Is your suggestion that Chancellor Merkel translate her blog into English is a tad ethnocentric? To promote more German/American understanding, maybe we should learn to understand German? If President Bush had a videoblog, I’ll bet the Chancellor would understand it in English.

You’re a wild and comely beast… though I suspect a closet liberal. But you did confirm my long held suspicion that liberal chicks go bonkers around conservative (read: real) men. GREAT show! Rove sucks dirty “bleep” “bleep”s! Anyone with half a mind should be really piss-ed off at this administration — for so many reasons! Egad: “Culture of Life” ie: anti stem-cell research; anti-gay; pro ‘intellegent design’; pro war and directly responsible for the deaths of many, many thousands of human beings (when there were other options)!!!
And a genius like Rove keeping them in power ( yes, he is a genius! ) Sigh… I need a beer and a scotch.

In the 60’s, close to 80% of U.S. college students took a foreign language. This past year it was 5%. So the idea that everyone should learn German or else be Ugly Americans is ridiculous to even we folks sick of the overabundance of Ugly Americans (freedom fries, anyone?).
Just discovered RB after seeing Amanda on CNN this past weekend, and am already addicted. Luckily, the archives are feeding the monkey.
Rather than CNN asking Amanda, “why the hair flip?”, I think it should be mandatory with every future interview of Katie Couric, Lara Logan, Michelle Kosinski, etc….”why no hair flip?”

Amanda murdered the pronunciation of ‘Merkel’. It’s ‘Mairkel’… first syllable rhymes with ‘air’. On the show, it sounds like Amanda’s trying to say ‘Urkel’.
