I hope your New Year festivities were plesent. My dear cat and I celabrated the new year in style — he with catnip, and I with brandy.
Being of Russian decent I am quite intreaged by the possibility that my ancestrial lineage may be close to the source of human origin. Now we need some new theories of human migration.

RusH - I wonder how your ancestors who lived through WW2 would feel about your opinions about the US of A, who were responsible for displacing the Nazi occupation in Poland. Amazes me how quickly these ungrateful generations forget their history. I believe that’s where the real ’shame’ would lie.
Hey Amanda, love the show keep up the good work, but i couldn’t help but correct you on something. It would really help if you read the article twice and understand it rather than break a false headline, hence the “xbox360 game sales plunge” story you link to:
“The Wall Street Journal ran a story that essentially blames a steep plunge in game software sales on the 360. Seems people are waiting to buy the 360  and other next-gen consoles  and not buying software for their old boxes.”
Incase you still have the idea that game sales of Xbox 360 games are droping you have read the article wrong, game software sales are droping because people are waiting for the Xbox 360. If the article was read the way you understand it, it wouldn’t make any sense.

Tom - you take me too literally. Although a tense relationship, the Russians and US were allies with a singular mission - drive the Nazi’s out of Europe (including Poland) back to Berlin, to then eradicate them from their origins.
I have been watching for almost a year now.
have to say i love the show. although at times,
Amanda sounds a little to much like a communist liberal,
she is still good eye candy and the show is fun.

Rocketboom Slanted? Duh! Who would want it anyother way? If it were Vertical? Horizontal? O.K, then complain, but Slanted is no cause for alarm. If this is what Slanted looks like, it is fine by me. It is always good to hear what everyone has to say in the way they believe in saying it.That is what makes this so much fun. The Slant.

Umm… If you had bother to read the article you pointed to, it doesn’t actually say your delivery line…
Rather it says that general game sale is down because people are waiting for the Xbox 360.
