Censorship is wrong
Come on, folks. We as a nation are a consumer society. Stop waving the sell-out flag every time Amanda shows us a new toy. Personally I’d rather see someone who’s opinions I am learning to trust give me the straight-up on the flood of techno-gadgetry before I drop my hard earned sheckles on some nifty looking box of circuits.

I think having a segment with two Lego components and the mention of Alah somebody or other was a very cryptic way of sayng “Buy Danish” without having to show any offending cartoons to ratchet up the comments section like on Monday. Well, back to playing my LP’s backwards to see if I can find any new hidden messages.
Drew will lecture us on being too harsh on the “freegans” while at the same time promoting yet another $300 toy for yuppies. Wal-Mart gets bashed for selling a toy truck because it supposedly supports oil consumption (strange argument) but there is no mention of the environmental impact of producing computer chips.
Just curious - is there a conscious effort to clean up the language on the show?
I was at the CES convention in Vegas this year. I took a look at the Zen too. Its a nice player. Has a bunch of features built-in that you have to pay extra on Ipods. Pretty cool toy.

I love what you’re doing, too. You guys keep it real. So I hope you keep keeping it real. I’m guessing the only alternative for you guys would be to quit altogether.
I thought the Bob Dole thing was kinda mean, and I made a comment on it. So. That was my opinion. Doesn’t mean I’m going to presume to tell you how to run your show. When you expose what’s in your heart, some people will not like it or agree with it. And some people don’t understand that it’s okay to have differences.
I’m glad you guys are honest, even when I don’t agree with it. People who aren’t comfortable with it so much so that they consider not watching anymore can simply stop watching.
