That was a sweet show and a sweet idea. Wreaths will be candy-caned in my neighborhood tonight.
It’s so great to see bell-bottom jeans & boots back in style!
(channelling Walter Crespo)
Hello pretty lady. I know I have been remiss in writing you over the past few months but my affection for you literally drove me mad.
I am much better now and love the candy cane adventure you were on today… Wish you had dropped by my
place where I’d have made all your glittery fantasies come true.
I was barely able to control myself when you licked that candy cane. Well I need to take my meds now, but I’ll be back Monday.
we have now a sample for a graphological analysis, interesting…;)
Seriously, nice show.
Good WE,
S.

Regressive personality…may be.
Petite polissonne, assurément.
Christian, that’s a funny, cute suggestion! I’ll probably act like the candy canes are all my idea, though.
STELLAR show! Smashing idea!!!
But I won’t be voting for Plano . . . I would never do that to someone, cause them to move to Texas :O *wink*
Merry Christmas, Rocketboom!
That was a very cool idea.
Extraordinarily high coefficient of adorability.
> But, what do you think the average New Yorker
> will do with a piece of candy left on the
> front door by a stranger?
Call 911 to know if the piece of candy left is not poisoned or not bombed ?
S.
Ha ha that’s wild. I did the exact same thing yesterday. Well, sort of. I didn’t leave people candy canes, just random holiday cards.
Crazy that you did it as well!
Cheers,
Like napoleon dynamite said… “lucky.”
1) Does JC ever wear the same outfit twice?
(potential new RB fan game)
extra credit: estimate the number of separate pieces of clothing in wardrobe.
2) Still can’t figure out how RB pays for itself…
But Wait! perhaps they are getting a kickback from all of those advertisers on the Danny and Nina Website. Is this a new, and sinister trend?
What format is ROCKETBOOM shot on? Is it High Def? Digi Beta?
Can someone please email me & tell me @: info@usccof.org.
Dear Daniel,
I enjoyed the piece at it’s current length, personally. Thirty seconds is not enough time to get into the meat of it.
Sure, sure, it could be re-worked, as could a lot of things, but in the amount of time these guys pump out episodes day after day after day, i think they are doing a smash up job.
And of course everyone has their own personal opinion on what they do and do not like and why or why not. There is always room for imporvement…and that goes for everyone and everything in this world.
Including constructive comments.
I liked the piece as shown. Yes, in principle you could have conveyed the same information in 30 seconds or even 10 seconds. But it is a fun little character sketch, not Martha Stewart’s top ten holiday hints.
Random kindness in NYC. Nice.
No matter what the city government and business people do to make the city seem cold, there are still regular people there warming it up.

Hey Kam, great link. Now I have an e-card to send everyone.
I’m sure that was you singing, right? RIGHT! Channelling Bing Crosby these days? Well, could you do “Drummer Boy” with him and David Bowie?

What a long-winded boring commercial !
Beautiful pictures of everything from alstromeria to Zeppelin.
Amanda? Joanne?
AMANDA!!!!
Nice idea, nice show. Even New Yorkers can appreciate a good turn.
That was so cute :) Paul
We’re Blowin’ Up!
I just checked the wreath tied to my Hummer and I did not find a candy cane. I am very disappointed. Who do I complain to?

Thats getting hits the hard way!
Every wreath needs a candy cane AND a monkey of some sort.

Uhh …, wo7, a freakin’ big WOW to ElectricPig’ Giants Rule flick. An epiphany of sorts, thinking what the world be a thousand years from now I don’t know …, though …… someday, Mergatroid will live …!
Cindy,
Commercial? Commercial for what? The spirit of GIVING!
I really liked todays episode. Merry Christmas to the Rocketboom team.
Mr G said:
“Would whomever is responsible for this act of minor trespass please….”
What a fucking dick (there’s no way to describe people like that unless you use expletives). How fundamentally rotten do you have to be to get all grinchy like that when someone shows you goodwill? Mr.G please stop contributing to negative New-Yorker stereotypes.
:)
Yep, (near-) harmless sarcasm. The G. stood for Grinch. Get it?
Hey Kam, the link you posted

doesn’t work anymore. Have any idea why? It was pretty cute and I wanted to send it to a few inebriated friends.
SPECIAL ALERT!

Thanks to the explosive growth and influence of user-generated Internet content such as ‘blogs’, video-file sharing sites.
so I thank myself and all of you, without us, the internet would be nothin’
@Mr. G.
Haha-oops. In hindsight I probably should have picked up on the sarcasm. It seems I am the ass here.
HAPPY Chanukah

This was a really sweet idea, now you only need snow and everything is perfect.
Left me with a big smile.
@ Mr. S. and kamuelaman…
No worries… I was just being silly. Sorry if that didn’t come across and I momentarily spoiled your holiday spirit. :) Anyway, thought the show was great but couldn’t help trying to sound like I was sneaking around Whoville for a second.
By the way, in the end the Grinch “gets” Christmas and feels all warm and fuzzy. I bet those people finding the candy canes feel the same way. Have a great holiday.
Nab, thanks for finding the site Kam posted.
Since you’re Person of The Year on Time, I wasn’t surprised at the lightening speed with which you assembled a new site.
Will we all be taking a group shot (photo!!!) to put on the TIME cover

Amanda who ?
I\’m running this product catalog search engine. Trying to work harder on it now instead of how it was a university project in the past.
I enjoyed it. Thx.
