We were experiencing some sound issues with our HDV camera yesterday, hence the non-widescreen format today. I don’t mind it so much actually, as the webcam world is definitely not a widescreen one. Due to scheduling and limited equipment, we tend to shoot a lot of the Casual Fridays and field reports with our standard-def camera (DVX100a), which is why those are often in a 4:3 format as well.

That was scary - especially once you started asking about his kids. That gave me the heebies. I thought it was interesting but really the only use I can see to public web cams is traffic patterns and surf.

I figure I’d just say this one more time. I liked Amanda but I like the direction RB has taken with JC. I really appreciate how you show you can have an entertaining and educational show without the potty mouth. Now I don’t have to screen RB before my son watches.

I enjoyed this. Your sense of humour is very like mine - I was thinking exactly the same thing about Small Dog Electronics!
I really love the show, mainly because of Joanne. You (Joanne if you happen to be reading this) have a natural quality, professionalism and a genuine-ness that makes it appear that you are enjoying what you are doing and not mocking the guests or links that you’re highlighting. I only saw one or two episodes of RB v1 and I have to say there’s really no comparison. 2.0 is marvy!
