How will he pay? Bush will pay by being contrite for a minute then continuing to profit from the disaster. One thing is for sure - he and Cheney aren’t going to go to prison and get the unwanted butt sex. If I were responsible for even one lost life, I would go to prison. Bush? He won’t do day one.
