I couldn’t help but notice all of the city seems dressed in black/white/grey except Amanda. Well, except the slow moving purple lady.
Here in Kansas everyone dresses in denim. Goes well with the boots and mother of pearl buttons I guess.

Just an example where the right music can make or break an idea. The music used on Amanda’s tour of St. Petersburg fit her dancing style so well. Silly fun music for silly fun dancing.
Here, the music is too serious, and doesn’t fit with the fun style of dance Amanda is doing. It just didn’t work for me.

Just a quibble, though (and you probably already realize this), but a lot of your shots are awfully long (focal), and busy for web watching (I get you want to show a small splash of color in a big city). But poor Amanda gets lost in the tiny busy-ness of it all, and by the time I spot her in some of the scenes, I’ve missed much of what was going on. Still, an “A” for concept! Happy Birthday!
