I wonder… Would edible moonbuggies be more resistant to mold in a zero atmosphere environment? I would think so. I’m neither an expert chef nor an astronaught so I merely have wild speculation to fall back on. Currently I’m wildly speculating on a genetically engineered set of food products that grow into a space buggy.
