Just came back from 3 days of Crazy Balls Rehab. There were over 100 Rocketboomers there from all over the world. They made us sing/hum/moan the Crazy Ball tune 222 times, then we watched the video for 8 straight hours. We all received a box of blue crayons upon departure and some blue balls bubblegum. Hey, I think I’m finally cured…Seems I’m wearing Amanda’s glasses…how did that happen….???

Sorry it turned out to be a hoax. I really couldn’t believe it myself when I saw it, but a part of me wanted to believe.

As I am always dissapointed, when I surf over to your vlog and see that … “todays post will be later this afternoon” … type message; may I suggest, that you post today’s, yesterday … then all will be right in the universe, none of us will ever have to wait and you will always be ahead of the curve? Oh, ya and I love what you do!
This episode of Rocketboom should have been called “Hoax Video Day”. The safety bot even being sold as a hoax is laughable. It reminded me of a nifty little movie I saw on Apollo Pony where that Tertra robot is guarding some 3rd world country (http://androidworld.com/tetra.qt ).
I’m sure Rocketboom was reporting this tongue-in-cheek. Pretty funny guys.
The transparent desktop is sort of a neat idea. At least it’s a nice magic trick. This is a neat use of full screen video coordination, but that’s preety clear since you can see the guy use a keystroke to go full screen with the video (and there’s and edit) also the very last frame shows all the desk items again (the first frame).
I’d like all this better if people would stop lying by saying that it’s real and simply call it, “Hey look at what I made!”
Oh well, fun entertainment anyway. That’s what it’s supposed to be.

Of course the t-shirt’s expensive; it has many tiny little holes in it. Do you think that kind of stuff comes cheap? Actually, I have several “vintage” t-shirts with authentic tiny holes that I’d be happy to stitch with a few beads (for that he-man Judith Leiber evening bag look) and part with for $225 apiece (that’s half price, folks). Get ‘em before Lindsay Lohan buys one, because then the price doubles.
Amanda- If you want, I can lend you my glasses. I always forget to wear them, anyway, and you probably shouldn’t risk losing your eyeglass-fetishist demographic.

pleeeeease, next time you show something that is pretty obviously a hoax and you’re wondering why it hasn’t been in any other news show yet, but you’re just not totally sure, just give the inventor/reporter/abductee/whatever a quick call, and moist of the time that will settle it! because if you hadn’t elaborated on how you’re almost 100% sure it’s legit, you wouldn’t have smart-ass idiots like me direct silly flames at you, and could instead have showed a little more of the very cool video.
other than that, no complaints.
