    John and Elizabeth Edwards’ podcast was amazing. taped in their kitchen, their podcast was homey and folksy just as they are. Elizabeth Edwards is on top of technology and would probably love rocketboom. When Mrs. Edwards mentioned the possible rulings by the FEC (not the FCC) to regulate blogs, she proved that she knows her stuff.

    A friend of mine attended the SCOTUS case of Grokster and MGM. My friend told me the justices were up to date on everything, they mentioned P2P, ipods and one of the justices even mentioned the band Wilco. My friend thinks Grokster is going to win the case and file new technology will continue to thrive in a evolving marketplace.

    PS I’m no fan of Bush, but the clip of Bush, isn’t Bush. That’s the guy from the “Tonight Show.”
