I sense Sprint and Alltel must be kinfolk as well. I was dealing with a problem with my Alltel service for three months of back and forth on calls like that. Eventually, I just went to their local office.
They gave me the company’s 800 number.

Get this.. I DONT EVEN HAVE SPRINT and I get a call from a ‘customer representaYATIVE’ telling me I can call ‘SPRINT’ and someone will help me….
so I call them to tell them to STOP CALLING ME! and I have almost the EXACT experience that amanda had… then yes.. they transferred me 5 times and then the last person they transferred me to was ‘OUT OF THE OFFICE’ and wouldn’t even let me leave a message.. just kept repeating ‘please call back at another time’… amazing… I don’t even have sprint…wow.. ok… enough ranting…go rocketboom!!
Amanda, I think you need to tell this “Travis” guy to shave his brow.
