  1. Just curious Rocketboom,

How would you suggest we (America and Britian) fight this kind of terrorism?

  2. Killing spree? Is that what we are doing or them?

I personally don’t think THEY should be on a killiing spree in other countries… for any reason.

You told me what you wouldn’t do… that’s easy. But what would you do? How would you handle this?

It´s a tragedy what happened in London today… Nobody can asure security for “soft targets” like the subway! We are not safe anywhere but we have to go on… because life goes on.
My thoughts are with those who died or has been injured today.

    @ darrell:
Do you really think your BUSH talks will help?
This is “one” (not the only one)reason why we have all that problems…
Violence will cause more violence a.s.o.

  7. See, this is what I find ironic about my country. We fought for years in the 60’s and 70’s to rid the world of communism. A form of government and economical delegation that forces everyone to be equels, which I of course am totally against. Where the irony lies is that now, MY COUNTRY, the USA, is now attempting to FORCE EVERYONE in EVERY COUNTRY succumb to democracy. So that everyone is equel?! Kinda funny isn’t it?

  8. Tried to view Thursday July 7th Vlog using win player and received a 404 - cannot find URL. I guess this is the problem with trying to use a “not creative” Windows based machine for viewing “Creative” works?

    Thanks, Joe

  10. oe - the whole situation worldwide is a gigantic mosh pit. EVERYBODY will get hurt.
but sarcasm about the violence present in this world as it begets violence is not lost on me. I am still more of a pacifist at heart than I am a warmonger. I didn’t want this war we are in, but dagnabbit, we are in it now, and this time we need to win.

when did I ever mention BUSH? just because I am from Texas, you think that I am a bush supporter? you must have mistaken me for my oldest brother … the rush devotee.

  11. Amanda, did you really have to come in off camera and adjust your mic? We all know this is a prerecorded show. I think you should have taken the time to sit down before you started taping and done a better report, insted of YOUR dramatic entrance.

  12. I was at work when the bombers struck in London.

I spent hours trying desperately to contact the people that I know and love that either live or work in the City.

As you can probably imagine it wasn’t a particularly pleasant day.

Many people have lost loved ones, those people that will never come home.
Many people will bare the emotional, physical, and mental scars of this attrocity for the rest of their lives.

I can barely think about what has happened, some of the news reports that I’ve seen, some of the stories that I’ve heard, without feeling like I want to cry.

I came to RocketBoom tonight, sure that you would have done us proud with your coverage of the event.

You haven’t let us down guys, the tone was perfect.

    Thank you.

    “nuke them”
For me this sounds like BUSH say these words…

I never said you are a BUSH supporter… Your words sounds like they come from the US president… Thats all…

We can´t win the war against the terrorists if we not change our policy.
We have to fight a war against poverty… and for more education and we have to take care for more health support in the third world.

How much money do we spend for weapons and how much to fight poverty in the world?

    Sorry if I missunderstood u!

    Tru Josh, Nuke who?
Terrorists don’t live in one neat little nation called Terroristland.

I wonder if future generations will look at the past few years as the beginning of WW3…
