Loved the patent parodies! Oh wait, those were real patent applications. Reminds me of the icon for the Slashdot patent topic:
Yeah, that’s really great.
I love the little things you guys point out that are actually quite amazing.
Like those new yellow arrow stickers! They’ll turn our streets into fully functional democratic museums.
I’m about to sign up for that patent RSS feed.
“Broadcasts on the web…these guys are going to get rich quick.”
heh

Re: the “Reduced stress taxi cab”
What they most likely fail to mention in the patent application is that its a convienent way to slip in profitable advertisements to the passenger, which, in my opinion, is most likely the reason behind that patent application.
Have you seen those little TVs in the back of yellow cabs in recent years? On one I was riding in, the mute button was broken. Ludicrous. In another, the screen was broken. Now that makes more sense.
So, for those who haven’t seen them, those little TVs were basically a constant stream of advertisements, with a few brief segments of ‘Discover Historic Manhattan’ that didn’t even say much about that subject.
How do I get in contact with the mario Ben on piano. I want a transcription of that baby.
Wow. Awesome, thanks.
