  1. var18 says:

Molly is great, no denying that, but she has to stop giving her opinions on things like wikileaks. She obviously doesn’t understand how censorship works to do things like protect national security. Words of advice: Only give your funny opinionated quips when everyone can agree with you.

  2. OpiSenpai says:

@var18 Eeeerm, everyone is free to give their opinion, and funny opinionated quips are only funny because not everyone is going to agree with you…
Yes, wikileaks is a controvertial subject, but if she wants to comment on it an HER show, she is free to do it. I mean, that’s the whole point of the internet. Freedom of speech…

  3. nohohongs says:

@var18 “she obviously doesn’t understand how censorship works to blah blah blah”
omg please shoot yourself loljk just slap yourself :*)

  4. ragenFOX says:

the revolution had nothing to do with wikileaks, why is it called the first wikileaks revolution?!!!!!!!
the revolution sparked after a young man’s suicide, that country is filled with corruption. large number of unemployment, oppression, not allowing people to practice their religion, ……etc.

  5. ragenFOX says:

@Iced1992 no, every one knew that before wikileaks, all the arabs knew all about it, their “president forever” got them by the balls with the hand of steal, they raged after that guy’s suicide.
wikileaks is overrated, i knew most things long time before wikileaks. its just because you didnt research the other side of the story of any thing you get by the media.

  6. gulllars says:

If i’m not mistaken, this is the second time Molly references “I like turtles”.
I find american politicians and deffence/intelligence officials classification of Julian Assange as a terrorist amusing and appalling at the same time. Go the land of the free!

  7. tanner1ie says:

Why is all the Wikileaks stuff not protected under the freedom of the press?
The governments being exposed are only getting angry because the truth is getting out, yet they’re threatening the founder with execution.
He didn’t kill anyone and he’d have to be an American citizen, to be guilty of treason, there.
I haven’t heard them trying to deny any of the revelations.

  8. SschmierFink says:

    Wikileaks-Revolution? Twitter-Revolution?
    Bullshit!
Let’s wait a bit and see what will come, before we claim a revolution!

  9. Sunamifishsurvivor says:

    Please site links!

Although I find your show interesting, entertaining and (in a sense) inspiring as a free thinker… not being English makes searching for what you’re talking about difficult. Could you please cite some links on your site or on the video details area?

  10. var18 says:

@indianajonesanaheim2 Lol. I like molly, she’s a great speaker. The point I’m trying to make is she can’t assume she’s right on a debatable issue. She should just present the news, make funny quips, and point out funny contradictions like Colbert does. I could debate how wikileaks should be censored, but I shouldn’t even have to. This is supposed to be a funny and slightly informative news report, not an opinionated one that attempts to answer issues.

All that being said, Molly is great.

  11. var18 says:

@OpiSenpai Well yeah, she’s entitled to her opinion. I’m fine if she says that elsewhere, it’s just not good for this Rocketboom daily series thing.

She can do whatever she wants, honestly. I just don’t think it benefits the show when she takes things too seriously.

  12. indianajonesanaheim2 says:

    @var18
    Shut the Fuck Up.
You can give advice anywhere else but not to this girl. You just said that she made a funny opinion, and now you say that she takes things too seriously.
I can’t clearly understand you from your 1st paragraph.

  13. var18 says:

@indianajonesanaheim2 I’ll try to make myself clear for you then. Rocketboom = funny show. Saying that censoring wikileaks = not funny. Being contraversial = not funny. My only problem was was that specific segment.

To address your confusion: I said making funny commentaries (opinions) is GOOD. Making unfunny commentaries on controversial issues (AKA taking things too seriously) is BAD. Does that make sense?

  14. OrangeKyle91 says:

“An eye for an eye” was a rule to LIMIT the revenge people would take on each other back in the day. It was “an eye for an eye” instead of “your whole family for an eye.” Context is important. I don’t disagree with the statement that “‘an eye for an eye’ leaves everybody blind,” because not taking revenge at all is even better because vengeance is the Lord’s. But taking quotes out of context, whether they’re from the Bible or anything else, can make any number of incorrect implications.

  15. Darvinisti says:

Eye for an eye doesnt make the whole world blind. Even a child in the playground knows that. There is a reason for revenge to have evolved just as well as there is a reason for people to try to discourage other to revenge especially when they try to bully them.

  16. anryth says:

the existence of “tax havens” should be proof enough that taxes are too high. just like how businesses have to compete to get customers, countries compete to get businesses.

  17. CooperLordOfAll says:

if we as a country condemn wikileaks and sentence julian to death, we have lost what it is to be american.

Nato, the UN, and our own government offices have all confirmed that the info leaked by wikileaks has lead to zero deaths. thats zero deaths.

think about it; if we prosecute wikileaks cuz they embarrassed us and “weakened” other nations’ view of us, then whats stopping them from telling any magazine thats remotely questioning of the govenment to shut its doors? or from killing the writer

  18. Aireynz says:

@ScottySniper93 you take a eye because some dick took yours then that person takes your other eye then you take his other eye = blind

  19. anryth says:

@escapeartist323 rent is a function of supply and demand and imposing rent controls is not a new idea. any time you impose a price ceiling on goods or services that results in a price below the equilibrium set by market forces, you end up with massive shortages, less supply, and worse quality products than you would have absent those controls. the act of rent control do the opposite of their intentions. jimmy mcmillen is economically illiterate.

  20. xxDrain says:

@die4race Yeah, the 3rd Zeitgeist is out. I went to a free premier in a small theater. Its truly amazing.
Its called Zeitgeist, Moving Forward. If its not yet available on zeitgeistmovie[dot]com, it WILL be within a month.

  21. Iced1992 says:

@ragenFOX I hope you see the irony yourself, for I won’t care to debate with one so rigid as you otherwise would be.

  22. ISnoggedHarry says:

This just reminded me of a dream I had last night! I was being interviewed for the news for some reason and you were with me… but I was trying to figure out how to slip in “Rocketboom” for publicity or something that makes absolutely no sense. So in the middle of the interview, we decided on saying “hashtag lol rocketboom.” Makes NO sense, but the point is you were in my dream and I miss you. <3

  23. AnotherExperience37 says:

Can’t Molly just be ugly for one video? Would be awesome since then I can finally focus on the actual content of the video for the first time.

  24. empy206 says:

part of banksy’s charm is from the mystery of his unknown identity. i hope whoever gets the records saying who he is doesn’t let anyone else know. never been a big fan of koons, tho. and this new hypocrite side of him makes me like him even less. the point of kitche art is that it is so common. you can’t copyright something so common as a balloon animal. -_- oh, well.

  25. DreamTheater1551 says:

@ScottySniper93 It means that if you took an eye every time an eye was taken from you it would be a never ending process. Eventually you would be hit twice (and many more times after that) loosing both your eyes, as would everyone in the world.

  26. mattSISONN says:

Honestly, rocketboom can make ANY video that they want and it will STILL generate thousands of views… all because of friggen molly.

  27. VLicious8704 says:

I kept being distracted by that book because I swear it didn’t look like Molly’s arm. It looked like someone else was holding up the book at the beginning. hehe.

  28. punkrockgrungegrl says:

I like watching theses new and odd news videos. It’s even better because Molly is telling me it, and also When I talk to my friends I’ll have something to talk about.
    And Yes, I love Turtles.

  29. pigman2222 says:

    @IbbyConCarne
Somebody on the street immediately prior to the recording probably commented on her fat ass, so she decided to cover up.

  30. RocketBoobs says:

    Dear MollyRocketBoobs,

Thanks for getting back to the business of reading “truth cliches” from a book. That’s the Molly I signed up for! Bravo. Carry on. Well Done. What would we do without myth busters, whistle blowers, ghost chasers and Wikileakers? The world would be too dull to panda bear. :) Oh, and nice boobage too, of course. (We must remember our priorities).

  31. GmasterRED says:

    1:20
and 4/b users are calling it an anonymous revolution.
Go figure, everyone thinks they had a part in history.

  32. derekcolman says:

Anyone bidding for Banksy’s name is a sap. It has been revealed before, but was probably wrong. If Banksy does not confirm his name the the piece of paper is worthless.

  33. chaos850 says:

It doesn’t occur how gorgeous Molly is until watch a video. Every time. Every time it starts I’m in awe momentarily.

  34. AtheistTabbiChan says:

Julian.. :( I really hate the American government. I am glad i don’t live there. If you go rogue, they will execute you. Especially if you refuse to give them the information they want. They abuse their power and it’s not ethnically moral. Julian should be out of their law, he doesnt wanna be associated with the country, they’re the ones who dragged him into it with a false claim.

  35. donfolstar says:

He wants to sue over a design that existed well before he was even born? Why not. In a world where you can patent seeds and plants that existed before man walked the earth anything should be fair game. Hooray for lawyers!

  36. loopstheloop says:

Where the fuck is Too-knee-já? It’s pronounced Tunisia…

Just because Americans don’t know where it is or how to say the country’s name there is NO excuse for pretending to join them, Molly.

    Also, you’re getting fatter… wait, I see a pattern emerging…

@JustinParizisViary MAYBE SHE WILL READ THIS AND THINK IM FUNNY AND EMAIL ME HER PHONE NUMBER AND BUY ME A PLANE TICKET TO NY BECAUSE I CANT AFFORD ONE AND THEN BANG ME

  39. Mixarenan says:

@loopstheloop How can you explain how to pronounce a word writing it exactly the same way as it is spelled? I thought it was too knee ja the way you were supposed to say it, but now with your comment, I still don’t know how, also at Forvo.com/word/Tunisia you hear pretty much the same pronunciations.

  40. WOWJBEOWULF says:

The economy is tight, be late on one-house-payment, even if it is the last one (happened to an 85-year-old woman) they will foreclose, they want your home to resell. Banks went greedy and stingy, after mishandling our money.

  41. Stripdancer100 says:

That sounded like “iPhone and I”. Well, dazzling beauty of iPhone and Molly together could really leave everyone blind :-)

  42. formless777 says:

    Molly, nice tips.

Mores strength to the arm of Julian Assange and Wikileaks. Every government already knew what was in the documents, they just didn’t want the public to know.

Also, Jeff Coons is perpetually hilarious to me.

  43. Stripdancer100 says:

Molly, what a silver and mellifluous voice you have, the voice that can make even uncanny news sound really amusing…

  44. FabulousLakeTahoe says:

The Swiss would be happy to have all their government secrets revealed, but they’ll kick your ass if you reveal anything about their clients’ bank accounts.

  45. rarrmonkey says:

Rough for the smooth, I hear you loud and clear molly.
It’s more hygienic too. I love these little codded messages you send me.

  46. ModeLTU says:

The whole Jullian Assange situation is like a plot from a bad movie.Except that it’s in real life.Goverments are scared of the info which might get leaked, cause even though people were always speculating about goverments being “evil”, confirming that with actual evidence might fuck up people at the very top..
Just the fac that they are trying to portray him as a terrorist shows how scared those motherfuckers are

  47. unorthodoxJ says:

Didn’t know who Banksy was before this video

But now I hope his identity remains secret and his work continues

  48. ICDWILL117 says:

@AtheistTabbiChan You’re implying the US government is the only corrupted government. There is corruption everywhere, all over the world, even in your government. There is no where to hide from it.

  49. AtheistTabbiChan says:

@ICDWILL117 I think you’re putting words into my mouth. Never said that the US government was the only corrupt government. It annoys me since I cannot find any likeable government to be patriotic about.

  50. bjart23 says:

Girl you never gonna find a man reading Gadamer like that. Better pick up some cognitive theory next time you hit a Duane Reade.

Nooooo! Not Banksy!!! The whole idea is that it’s a ~secret~ identity, if the enigma is gone, so is the interesting mystery that is Banksy…. That was confusing
