Ummm… this whole situation of “seemingly non-rocketboom approved molly posting on the rocketboom account” thing is really annoying. Rocketboom isn’t just a face to me, and if it was, then that new redhead, (Ella Morton?) that oozes sex appeal does that in spades. Rocketboom to me is a map, sound effects, story-telling laced with sarcasms and impromptu emotions tied to an “I told you so” or “You have been informed” type of attitude.

There is no such thing as a “digital thing”, except in the most obscure recesses of the quantum theory, which was not the point here. Either it is digital or it is a “thing”, unless we want to dump the concept of virtuality as opposed to the real world.
And to cavil even more annoyingly I’ll add that nothing printed is “tangible art”: only the paper sheet is tangible, the art spread on it is at best “visible”.

Who needs powerful computers with 8gb plus ram and a creative suite designed and maintained my an army of developers (which takes half a lifetime to learn how to use to it’s full potential), you can just make gimmicky shitty pixel art.
I remember BASIC on the Commadore . (however you spell it). I’d spend days on end spriting the television screen and creating midi music. Back then it was magical. Now it’s just blahhhhhh….I would love to feel that magic again.
