Not sure about the correctness of the narrator speaking Afrikaans, the very symbol of opression and apartheid that brought these people to their knees.

I feel like the people complaining about the triviality of the problem of bad Kenyan drivers are missing some of what is going on here. Arguably one of the biggest issues facing Kenya is women’s issues. Women who feel completely unable to control the aspects of their life. What this video shows is not a place to send your money (people who assume that sending money to a program is always helpful have very little experience in the world of NGO’s) rather it shows a social reform.
Women are taking control of their lives and then attempting to bring about larger social change, that is what this is about and it is fantastic.

The problem is that the roads are government run, and property rights are not protected properly. Those who get into accidents should be paying full damages if it is their fault. Often the worst part of these african countries, is that there is a lack of truly free markets backed by a good court system.
Kenya is certainly not the worst, but it is no exception to the rule, having absolutely horrible property right coupled with high corruption.
