    Funny how journalism is counted as "creative". Made that's why the news is full of made-up rubbish.

  • BAB13100 says:

    @tubelev Exactly. I hate it when faggots have to say that one is better than the other. Just shows how shallow people are. -.-

  • I finally was able to find out that you are from Australia, it took some searching. The clue that started the search was the clear o in project. When Americans use project as a noun we do not use a clear o, the way they do in received pronunciation.

    I find it very difficult to spot received pronunciation. It sounds a lot like the American media accent, which is what most Americans speak. I recently heard one expert say that RP was the basis for the American media accent, the usual story is that it came from middle sized cities in the Midwestern United States. Perhaps some of both. But RP sounds very normal to me.

  • nathanredd says:

    thats really neat

  • ellamorton says:

    @babaluto You're welcome! There are some amazing projects on there. Very inspiring.

  • ellamorton says:

    @CollyWogs1 Right back at ya.

  • snore says:

    i have a creative project that would cost $15million to get off the ground, but the return would be 1000 that. how can you help?

  • benighted2 says:

  • RaccoonCamp says:

    i love you ella :]
    i got it right yes?

  • johnnytastetest says:

    @benighted2 - Actually, I designed and built my computer. : )

  • Leonardo says:

    There was only Ella left making videos where the social-network hullabaloo went unmentioned. But she's caving in.

    Can't wait for another high tech bubble burst bringing about the demise of these fancy web companies. What about a real job for a change?

  • RocketBoobs says:

    Dear Ella RocketBoobs,

    Ella, honey, you are the frakking BEST! I mean, how cool is this idea? To give international media support to this sort of creative jump start outlet is just great!!

  • FluffyBunniesOnFire says:

    I wonder if they can help with my fantasy of composing a symphony and finding an ensemble who will perform it for me, or to help me build some sculptures I've been imagining. I should dedicate a minuet (and a monument) to Ella. Too bad I make excuses for my laziness.

  • nomiSimple says:

    Ella's interview style is natural and fun while being informative. Well done as always.

  • markiduval says:

    You enunciate really well Ella :)

  • icequeen9 says:

    @johnnytastetest Wow. Epic comeback. Not many people could have that comeback. Awesome!

  • johnnytastetest says:

    @icequeen9 - I'm special. : )

  • cricketbat08 says:

    My creative project idea: To recite Lady Gaga's lyrics in a strong Brummie accent, whilst being accompanied by an audio backing tape of myself performing the music of Bad Romance on my kazoo and maracas. Any takers, out there?

  • jengelele says:

    I had a peek at some of the projects to sponsor. There were some interesting puppeteers who needed money to build puppets; Two women who are designing a vintage-themed lingerie line (but to receive any 'goodies' in return for your donation you have to be a high roller - go figure); and a group of men who have raised aggregious ammounts of money to travel to Texas for the sole purpose of eating meat - in the name of 'art' ?!?(sounds like out-of-work politicians....)

  • Tanru2000 says:

    There was no RNYC for this wednesday and that made me sad so I watched this a second time to get my Ella fix. Honestly, though, this topic is kind of boring to me.

  • GmasterRED says:

    Journalism, art, creative? No wonder the NYT is so biased.
