the kid who did the print screen wallpaper thing is a genius
hahahahaha
I love this story. I’ve heard about these before. Its a different mindset. Instead of “how do I do it! Tell me!”, its “let me play with this”. Its what sets appart people who want to learn, and people who want to be told what to do.
Of course, it could still be self-selection. Those who want to learn will be drawn to the walls, whereas those who don’t will be repelled, or be cast aside by those who want to learn but have no patience for the others.
That is mind blasting. :)
@MrGooseberries Agreed xD Nasty nasty kids haha
genetic tech support
lol @ kid learning how to prank immediately
I know you read these comments Molly, I know!
Molly, Hole In The Wall is a great project and I applaud it but……
Too much WALL….not enough MOLLY !!!!!
its always the biggest kid at the hole
I admire what they do in India, I wish that the goverment of my country did the same thing with our children.
dam shes cute
give them Starcraft 2 and see what happens :)
Will you marry me Molly<3
@CKidsRanqe Molly + hole in the wall?
I’d buy that…
lol at screepcap trick.
That’s really great!! I love how supportive it all is! :D
@BeastMacoy
They will become Korea…
Be careful.
O cmon games dont need manuals to play they dont even need to be English. Ask any gamer they just keep trying things tell it works even tho the answer is on the first page of the manual.
I thought that this was about glory hole. I am disappointed.
You know, if we bring computers to Indian Children, and teach them how to use them…we might be able to get them to wait by the phone and answer our tech and customer service questions. You can say I’m a dreamer. But I’m not the only one…
why are you studying genetics ma man? a hole in the wall =D… ah ^^ …wait wut? O.O
neat
there is no need to teach children how to use a computer. just give it to them, let them play with it and ur gonna be suprised how fast kids learn
Nice, Humanwire #ftw
#LOL
noooo boobs are covered
R.B never ceases to impressve me with their content. Thank you for sharing such great stories.

Try to let your perverted thoughts go for a moment, she actually says interesting things :o and the good looks make it even better, see it as an extra
@minodragon LMAO now i am also a fag….
@noseman123 this isnt TV dumb ass
@jerudoriginal91 Fags to the right—> jerudoriginal91
Ah yes, the old wallpaper trick. I think we’ve all been there.
I thought hole in the wall was that stupid americanisation of a japanese game show.
aaaaaah they are making the future trolls in India
Indians come with computers built into their brains lol.
damn, I thought this was about that awesome japanese game show “Hole in the wall” :P
where is billgates O.O
Pretty cool that they are starting to learn.
@mohsenaltyar Yeh. He’ll be expecting to get his cut. ^_^
PBS ran a story on this over a year ago when there as only one single computer…in a hole in a wall. They’ve made a lot of progress since then.
clicking open their potential and logging on to a brighter future. great ending!
there wasn’t enough molly in this video. =[
hah I remember pulling the alt printscreen desktop, that’s like the oldest trick in history.
After computer class, the kids move on to english. This week the phrase they are learning is, “Welcome to dell tech support. How may i help you?”
@noseman123 U MAD?
@maigaard7 HE MAD BRO HE MAD.
Makes sense, I learned alot of English through computer games (Multiplayer W/chat) and American/English speaking movies.
@jerudoriginal91 well then me replying now would put you under that line
@6235river AW HE REAL MAD!
I never knew tits could talk
I guess we can look forward to a whole generation of Slumdog Youtubers.
It’s a wireless buffet, mmm yummy.
@thelonewolf21693 That show is hilarious. XD
Back on topic, it’s great that more people in the world are gaining access to modern technology. :)
wait till they find porn….
@RayWilliamJohnston We did the same thing at school xD
I don’t know why this makes me so happy, but it really does.
THIS IS AWESOME! i remember seeing another documentary on the hole in the wall project on bbc or something about 3-4 years back and thnking, “that is such an ingenious idea, i wonder what will come of it?’ and ive seen the kids now, and the results and wanted to say thank you rocketboom for showing us this story!
NO fags under THIS line

sexy and slut
I would look at pr0n. :p
LOL @ 2:10 I swear every time I see children in India, they’re all squished together. I can hear the adults, “Closer. Come on now little ones, closer. There you go.” And watching the interaction between the two boys sitting beside the boy talking is so funny. He whispers, “Stop fidgeting around you twat!” “Fuck you, bitch!” Oh and how beautiful is that Parimala? Absolutely gorgeous!
hole in a wall, it was a kamikaze lololololololol
@ceRtzVarLaust You do know this means you a fag. Look at the top. ^
How about that $100 computer project? Hows it coming along?
Awesome!!! way to go mumbai
Hey now they can work at the dell tech support at an early age!
We got the same kinda of hole in the wall in the Netherlands … although here it spits out cash if you put in the right code … I think they call it an ATM machine.
Its quite handy cause the money that comes out of it can be used to actually educate people.
0:01 - 0:14 = best part
You cannot make a screengrab AND have the mouse pointer also be copied using the print screen key. Lies
our future tech support
Printscreen doesn’t shoe the cursor.
What happens when they stumble across some porn or something…. lol….
Very intresting tho.
@Kiribayashi Okay, that’s just racist.
its hard to see her nice big boobs with that shirt :(
Hole in the wall is a stupid belgian TV-show (basically a ripoff from an epic japanese show)
india has no computers, but when i call support there always a indian
You COULD (maybe for older operating systems) print screen and have the cursor. I remember I used to have to redo print screens because I left the cursor on the screen.
lol, brown people.
@jardidge you dont need to know how to use a computer to be a tech support, you just need to know how to pronouns words (not even understand them) and know the difference between ‘yes’ and ‘no’
forget about the lack of computers in India, try focusing on the fact that Indian men are complete male chauvinistic assholes that beat their women and treat them like cattle.
print screening the cursor doesn’t work o.O
0:01
Now this is news worth reporting!
i thought that hole in a wall was called a glory hole…
I’d love to go there and teach the kids about computers. Great story.
That wallpaper thing is pretty funny xD
hahaha wallpaper prank! worldwide classic :) Great story!
It’s a bad name… “hole in the wall” brings to mind something children should definitely not be involved in.
future software engineers
@FuryChord and they are doing a good job at it, power to them.
A superb program. It would be nice to see this in other areas in from Africa to Native American reservations.
I enjoyed this video very much. What a wonderful opportunity for these children. A computer, the internet, being connected; it is really a wonderful resource that many take for granted.
@shaurz your comment shows how perverted you are. I didn’t connect the two phrases until I read your comment. Try to keep an open mind.
“most of the children were poorly educated and knew almost no English” Does it not strike anyone else as odd that kids from INDIA don’t know English at all? okay okay I see what you’re saying, there could have been people in that town that actually spoke English, but to expect the majority (the children) of that population to not know what English was to begin with sort of makes the narrator sound ignorant of the culture and humans in general. just my opinion
@Telemna
Isn’t English their second official language? Maybe its a very poor town.
@Telemna
You’re ignorant. English is an EXTREMELY prevalent language in India.
sounds like a good idea, although im concerned that the PCs would catch viruses and generally malfunction. you know how easy it is to stumble onto a random site and catch diseases.
@CJCorndog5595 I wouldn’t know… “I’m ignorant” like the immature and inappropriately screen-named “TheNiggerBalls” would say… sorry I don’t keep up with the prevalent languages of the world and in countries like Indian. I just found the narration to be somewhat odd! I just don’t like people who make assumptions… I was just stating my opinion…
so if people in India don’t speak English why is there always a person from India always calling me for my money?
really cool story :D
India! Control you’re population!
@FILIPINOCD why ?
I wonder what would happen if they introduced the kids to World of Warcraft…
just wait until they discover 4chan
OHGODWHATHAVEWEDONE?!?!
@Simoncanada india would totaly collaps ^^
@EeXen Oh my God…
haha I’ve done that.. set a screen shot as the desktop.. I used to do that at work to make it look like I was working lol
can’t watch this any more… indians remind me of fucking gypsies .
hahaha, hole in the wall! Could’ve named it something different.
and we use facebook to get dumber ;D
whoa lotta racism in the comments. just because you were born in a developed nation, doesn’t mean you are somehow better, than the other 5.5 billion
People in impoverished nations are so eager to learn and better themselves while so many people in North America with so many opportunities given just waste away….
@MJG164 Many people speak English in India, as a result of the country being occupied by Britain for a long time. Notice those that do speak English in that country have a somewhat British accent, through their Indian accent :P
@MJG164 thats sad but true i get the same calls
Not enough molly in this one.
@33dgtp Gypsies? Well, the original Roma people came from India, even if they got their name as they passed through Romania.
@Belgianidiot: The older Humanwires didn’t have any Molly–Or any other on-screen anchors at all!
@effyleven That’s what I hate about them, I mean besides being filthy , stinky ,poor cheapskates that walk up to you and steal from you… They also brought shame to my country’s name.
I dont care if my comment gets thumbs down.
But why the fuck wuld i care if some radom indian childs learn how to use a computer ???
As far as i know there are many in my county that don’t have access to computers…
Why wuld i be interested in Indian childs that go to indian college and then spread threw out the world like cockroaches and steal our jobs at our own countries ?
@carrodecorrida005 <<<<< american ignorance
porn in the wall
@carrodecorrida005 Help we need a canibal troll to eat this guy!!!!
@mgliew A meaningful observation indeed.
this is beautiful
@carrodecorrida005 you have every right to say what ever you want. Some of it is fair, but some is mean. First the fact that we have so many poor people in our own county is something that is often over looked by the media and people who seek to help the poor and disenfranchised. We should help ourselves before we help others. However, I am sure the poor in our county have many many more opportunities than those in other countries. And I think the amount spent over seas is much less.
what about the porn? O_O
@carrodecorrida005 and you don’t have to be interested in the children of other countries, but then again why would you care about the children in other states or even other towns. They are all children and they are all effected by the same oppressive dominate monetary system. But to go as far as to call them cockroaches will put you on the wrong side of the argument and place yourself in the same group of people who causes, though in directly the oppression of innocent women and children.
man i hate sarah pailin
Hole in the wall, like in… glory hole?
A fantastic idea, but only one hole in the wall? They need more!
this is such a good story. just another reason why i subscribed to rocketboom. molly is a pretty good reason, too….
@EeXen
they better be using openDNS
It’s always nice to hear about the good things computers are doing. I’d rathe hear about that instead of the story about the next 11 year old kid in America using the computer and Internet to try to become famous for all the wrong reasons.
the indian reporter is hilarious.
Sniper at 2:02
@ca31hills i agree!
not enough molly. im just saying.
“Clicking open their potential and logging on to a brighter future” I liked that part.
No, it’s a game TV show. Sorry.
Children just seem to pick up some things quicker than adults can. I surfed the net with a 2 year old on my knee, 1 hour later he was doing everything for me, clicking on thumbnails, scrolling the page etc…
Adolescent brains naturally crave understanding and knowledge, adult brains are tired and just what to live with what they already understand.
@cxgamer That was mean, but I laughed pretty fuckin hard!! LOLOL
the story that the woman tells at 2:33 is exactly what i did to my Dad’s Computer 3 Days ago. haha, nice one, i’m a little indian kid.
This is amazing! It’s finally looking like 2000 over there :D
print-screen jks!!
hawt
@MJG164 People in India DO speak English. India is a former British colony. Educate yourself.
@pucestamp I am educated thank you very much and maybe you should learn how to see what is a joke and what is not Canadians don’t know how to take a joke these days
@carrodecorrida005 what the fuck is your problem? do you have not one shred of sympathy for some children who grow up in an area where they are disadvantaged? your just a selfish fuck who only themself. get some compassion retard
damm we’re gonna get outsourced
1:53 that guy molests the kids. Just look at that fucking mustache
If that kid 2:20 is so poor, how can he afford hair gell and gum?
2:50 povertyfag’s first troll! Son, I am proud.
these is your future text support
good on them…. It’s about time someone realized these kids can help them selfs’ better then the people who FORCE good will on them.
in Soviet Russia, computer learns you!
While I support this an all, you can’t just tantalise me with a brief glimpse of Molly and snatch her away. :(
When you apply a screen capture as a wallpaper it doesn’t make the mouse immobile.
FAIL
What a fantastic story!!!
@HaydenHatTrick That joke is old.
Get a new one.
Miss Indian Correspondent has a pleasant voice.
This is actually kinda similar to how i learned to use a computer myself. Although i started out with a friend at his fathers Comodore 64 when we were 5-6 years old back in 93-94 playing various english adventure games without any help, even though we are norwegian and couldn’t read english we still completed the games. And then i got a 386 with MSdos i learned to operate and play games on myself.
Learning to use computers through curiosity and play without supervision is a great thing.
All this will change with the proliferation of those 35$ laptop in rural India
