They do have a clear media profile. It’s just thay they have many series of videos. There is “Rocketboom News”, the usual videos you see of Molly reporting about curiosities, Ella’s videos, on which she actually goes out and finds something interesting, “Humanwire”, which is made by a correspondent on any part of the world, “Rocketboom Tech”, by Ellie, and Know Your Meme, which is a quick overview about internet memes.
Sometimes I wish Molly would just go and take all these molly-meme people with her. They don’t get RocketBoom and are making the discussion board look like Digg.
I remember watching The Electric Company back then, Mulligan Stew,After School Special…Just to name a few..

Electric Company was great back in the 70’s because there weren’t any computers or video games to take your kid’s attention away. Today’s Electric Company will have to much to compete against.

Aww… that’s not right. Ella has the cutest smile, she shows plenty of emotion. Molly might be perkier, but that doesn’t mean she’s better. Ella is actually a better interviewer. Molly is better for the randomness videos. They all have their talents, but I personally love Ella more.

Another great interview Ella but I really do cringe at the idea of bringing the Electric Co. back. It does make great retro kitch and this really looks as if it could destroy the good reputation of the original. Though I would like to see them prove me wrong.
